1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options to our customers:

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom. Please note that shipping times may vary for international destinations.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the selected shipping method. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to activate.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
ALL buyers from UK, US are taxes free.
**7. What if My Order Is Delayed?
**While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays with the shipping carrier are inevitable. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@pocket-treasure.com and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Pocket Treasure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you encounter this issue, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as they will have the most detailed delivery information. We are unable to issue a refund or reshipment for packages marked as delivered.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
